All UK orders over £35 are sent for free using Royal Mail Tracked 48.

If you need to change your delivery address, please contact our customer service as soon as you can. Our member of staff can help to change the address before your order is dispatched. If your order has been already sent, when the courier contacts you regarding your delivery, they will provide you flexible delivery options, such as Safeplace and Delivery to a preferred neighbour.

If the tracking for your parcel shows as delivered but you haven't received it, please check if someone else at your address has signed for it. If you still cannot locate your item, please contact the courier.

* Lost or undelivered packages are not the responsibility of NewVaping, any issues caused by packages not received must be resolved by the customer, with the courier in use.

* An incomplete and incorrect address will cause delays, returns, and other issues. Please input the correct address when you place an order.

If you want to make any change to your order, please contact our Customer Service Team immediately. Due to the volume of orders, NewVaping receives, our Customer Team strives to provide the most efficient service to our customers, but we cannot guarantee that it can be amended, changed, or canceled upon your request once an order has been placed. If you receive a wrong item that isn't what you ordered or a defective item please contact our team immediately via email ( info@newvaping.com ), live chat or the contact form below. Note that a photo or video of the item(s) received along with the paper invoice is required in order to assist you.

Please contact our Customer Service Team to initiate a return request. You can replace or refund anything unopened and unwanted within 7 days of delivery. For sanitary and safety reasons, we’re not able to accept any item that has been opened. If you have received a wrong item or received a defective product, we will cover the costs to return these items. If want to return the unwanted items, you will be responsible for return shipping charges.

Once your refund has been issued, it usually takes 1 - 3 working days ( excluding bank holidays and weekends ) for your bank to put the funds back into your account. A refund will be issued back to the original payment.

I have placed an order but am unable to verify my age online, what should I do?

If you are unable to verify your age via the 1account age check system, please contact our Customer Service Team immediately. Our member of staff will help you as soon as possible.

If we are unable to verify your age via 1account, we will cancel your order and refund your purchase.
