Please contact our Customer Service Team HERE or Email Us (info@newvaping.com) to initiate a request for a refund, replacement, or exchange. Please provide as much information as possible including the ORDER #, FULL NAME, EMAIL ADDRESS, and REASONS for the return. Please note that you may be requested to provide photos and/or video proof of the issue. If the return is approved, you will receive further instructions on shipping the item(s) back to us.

 

For Unwanted Products:

We gladly accept returns of new, unopened items purchased on our website for a refund within 7 days of delivery. Your item must be returned unused and sealed in the original packaging and in the same condition that you received it. The customer will be responsible for the delivery and return shipping charges. Once your return is received and inspected and assuming everything is in order, we will refund the product value using the original purchase method within 2 - 3 working days.

To make a return, you should provide the following information:

A photo of the package;

A photo of the unopened products;

After we check and confirm the above information, we will provide the return address and an RMA return sheet to the customer.

Upon confirmation of the return, we will make the refund to the customer, and the customer shall bear the shipping fee and restock fee.

 

Note: for sanitary and safety reasons, we can not accept returns on items that have been opened or used.

 

For Faulty Products:

If you receive damaged or defective merchandise, please inform our Customer Services Team as soon as possible. You will be requested to submit a support ticket via the contact form. We will do our best to help identify any faults, offer troubleshooting tips for quick solutions or supply you with the necessary returns forms. 

 

Hardware Limited Warranty Period:

Disposable Vapes: 15 days from the date of receipt

Vape Kits & Vape Mods: 180 days from the date of receipt

Vape Tanks & Batteries: 30 days from the date of receipt

Replacement coils: 7 days from the date of receipt

 

We strongly suggest that the customer first contacts NewVaping’s customer support for an initial analysis of possible causes and solutions for any encountered problems before returning the product for repair.

 

Note: 

1. The Warranty excludes coverage for damage resulting from accidents, misuse, customized modification, or disassembly

2. Scratches and discolouration from regular use are considered normal wear and tear and are not covered by the warranty

3. Please do not dispose of the packaging box and packaging contents until the case has been solved

4. We do not provide a warranty on e-liquid for hygiene and health and safety reasons. This is unless we determine that the item that you received is incorrect or 'dead on arrival'.

Please note, we don’t accept any returns that haven’t been confirmed or approved. To make a return, we’d recommend using Royal Mail Tracked Service. Please keep the receipt for check purposes or complaints when something unexpected happens.
